Who is Vixen Coffee?

Everyone close in my life knows that I have always had a love affair with coffee. All my favourite memories involve a good cuppa; working as a barista in my carefree student years (not that I knew it then!), using it as fuel to drive my long hours working in marketing in various companies around Auckland, my first date with my now-husband, and of course the precious moments spent laughing over a coffee with great friends and my awesome family.

I have always believed that a great coffee is your very own personality transplant in a cup and now, as a mother-of-two and with a generous helping of Covid lockdowns, Vixen Coffee is my new baby. You can find out more about the origin story of Vixen Coffee on my blog here.

I roast-to-order locally in Auckland, NZ in small 4kg batches using the low-and-slow method, resulting in medium-roasted beans that can deliver an amazing full-bodied taste guaranteed to put you in the mood for whatever you want to achieve for the day (or night!).

Nothing gives me a bigger smile than when I arrive with a fresh delivery of coffee still warm from the roaster and my customers say "Yes, the coffee lady is here!"
